Kim Casteel provides an exceptional service in having developed one of the most competitive and successful mortgage lenders in the community.  Kim uses her vast industry experience in continually developing new programs and ways to finance homes.Before forming her company, Kim gained valuable knowledge as a successful loan originator for a national mortgage banker.  In 1986 she formed the first mortgage brokerage in Cleveland, TN now known as USA Mortgage, Inc.  Since then her company has financed thousands of homes in both Tennessee and Georgia.

Kim earned her bachelors degree from Lee University.  Community involvement has always been important and currently she serves on the Board of the Rotary Club of Cleveland and will be its President next year.  She was co-founder of the Tennessee Association of Mortgage Brokers in 1994, serving as its President in 1995.  She is also a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, the Tennessee Association of Mortgage Professionals and the Cleveland Chamber of Commerce.

Barbara Wooden provides USA Mortgage with 23 years of experience in overseeing the company financials and its day to day operations.    Barbara  has a strong commitment to Quality Assurance and integrity of USA Mortgage through her commitment to detail as the Executive Vice President and Quality Assurance Manager. Previously Barbara lived in Florida before moving to Cleveland, TN to join USA Mortgage in 1987.  She has proven to be a strong asset of the company through her intensive oversight of the staff’s licensing requirements.  Barbara’s strength to USA Mortgage is evidenced through her team building abilities.

Debbie Gann joined the USA Mortgage team in 1991.  Her care and commitment to customer satisfaction has resulted in many referrals and return customers to USA Mortgage and propelled her to one of our top producers and  the distinction of Senior Mortgage Consultant.

Debbie earned her bachelors degree from Lee University.  This training as well as her years of subsequent industry experience have allowed her to meet and exceed customer expectations.  Her personality and experience are an invaluable part of USA Mortgage.

Johnny Gill joined USA Mortgage in 2007 as Mortgage Consultant. Since then Johnny has been a successful part of USA Mortgage. Prior to his current position, he spent several years in the real estate profession. He is one of our top producers and has been known to go "above and beyond" the requirements of his position to help his customers achieve their dreams here at USA Mortgage.

Melody Craig has worked for USA Mortgage since 2007 as Mortgage Loan Processor.  Before joining USA Mortgage she worked in the industry as a loan originator as well as loan processor in both the mortgage broker and banking industry.  This experience has been invaluable in her present position.  In addition to this experience, she possesses a “can do” (positive) attitude and is able to structure a loan in order to get it to the closing table as quickly and efficiently as possible.      

Michelle Moats began working for USA Mortgage in 1999 as Mortgage Consultant.  She has prior experience in our industry and is a valuable member of our team.  She brings much knowledge to the table in structuring a mortgage loan to meet our customer’s individual needs.
